When You Invest in AFT, You Invest in Yourself

Our Story

Founded in 2008, AFT is a leader in personal training, coaching, and nutrition. We operate the fitness departments for about 100 health clubs across the United States in addition to offering personal fitness and nutrition plans, made specific to you.

Our Philosophy

We’ve always been ahead of the curve, as we were one of the first in the industry to offer a fully remote fitness consultation and program. Our 3, 6, or 12-month programs make it easy for you to receive 1:1 support on your fitness journey; whether that takes place at a gym or your own home. Our TrueCoach app helps to achieve your goals through 24/7 access to your specific plans, instructional videos, workout schedules, and more! Wherever you are, AFT is there.

The AFT Difference

Unlike other personal training programs, AFT invests heavily in our people, processes, and technology to ensure that our client’s experience is second to none. Our team of fitness and nutrition coaches are highly-qualified industry leaders with years of experience helping clients see results. We build our programs around three pillars of fitness: Strength Training, Nutrition, and Cardio.
